With a background in Film and Television Production, I specialise in creating content that tells a story and connects with an audience. My work spans freelance videography and managing social media for professional brands, where I combine creativity with an understanding of trends and tone of voice.

Alongside this, I’ve spent seven years competing as a professional rugby player in the Women’s Premiership, including involvement in England age-grade programmes. That experience has shaped how I approach my work — bringing focus, resilience, and a strong work ethic to everything I do.

I’m confident working across the full production process, from concept through to delivery, with a solid grounding in both creative editing and technical workflows. Whether collaborating or working independently, I enjoy taking ideas and turning them into polished, engaging content.
